MOVE, IDIOT! is a movement workshop for clowns, comedians, actors, and performers of any kind that want to explore a deeper connection to movement. It is a natural inclination in the human body to move. Whatever your background, this workshop will help you discover your own unique and innate way of moving. Develop an ear for rhythm to find flow. Move absurdly and spontaneously. Move like a cat. Move like a rock. There is no wrong way to move.

The goal is to be a more dynamic performer, mover and human. No prior dance or movement training necessary.
